I am thinking/ that I would prefer you to furnish/ four instead of two of the Editors with/ papers ^books By proper management we may/ be able to get up an excitement in Baltimore/ which would have a good effect on/ their cities. I want you to have a/ full supply of circulars so as to flood/ the place with them. In your/ admirable "flank movement" I am/ desirous of lending a helping hand as/ far as possible./ You will find your order as [here?]/ enclosed bill. The box has been sent by/ the Baltimore and Wilmington R.R./ The first layer (24 cops) are all brown and & a/ part of the second layer, so you will have/ a considerable number more of the brown/ than of the green. I have over 100/ copies of the paneled as they were former/ ly sold before I had the edges gilt. Probably/ you might without henderence[sic] work off/ 10 in a box in future- but you need not/ try, if you have any doubt. Yours affect. W. Still/
